Discuss and take action on Resolution for Higher Education Revenue Bonds for Orenda Education.

Background

We are in the process of issuing bonds for Orenda Education which operates charters schools in Williamson County. The bonds will be used to construction additional education facilities for one of its schools. Attached is a Resolution of the County that contains more details about the bonds and the project. Also attached is the publisher’s affidavit regarding the publication of notice. We respectfully request the County’s approval of the bonds. Closing is scheduled for September 17, 2013.

Mr. Vu and the representatives of Orenda Education will be available to answer questions.
