Discuss and take appropriate action on a First Amendment to that certain Contract For The Collection Of Delinquent Property Taxes between Williamson County and McCreary Veselka Bragg and Allen PC

Background

The contract was amended to correct the dates for collection under 33.11 of the Texas Tax code. Additionally, dates were changed when the County tax office would turn over files for the 33.11 and 33.07 notices in May and February respectively to be mailed to delinquent taxpayers. The contract was also changed to run current with the county's fiscal year.
