Background

This is a 4-lot rural private subdivision that was part of a large tract previously surveyed and divided under the family
grant exception. Because the Owner now wishes to sell these lots, it will need to be platted as a recorded
subdivision. The preliminary plat was approved by the Commissioner's Court on July 30, 2013.
