		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session at the J.B. & Hallie Jester annex in Round Rock Texas to consider the following items:

	2.	Acknowledge staff, partners, and visitors; hear any comments. (This will be the only opportunity for public comment. The Health District invites comments on any matter affecting the district, whether on the agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that members of the Board may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.)

	4.	Discussion and possible action regarding Governance

	5.	Discussion and possible action regarding Draft 2014 -2016 Strategic Plan
