Consider authorizing the renewal of contract #11WCAP102 Property Casualty Insurance for Williamson County with Key and Piskuran Insurance Agency for the term of October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.

Background

This is the final renewal option of this policy that was awarded in October of 2010. The total, not to exceed limit of liability is $181,643,551 as a result of any one occurrence. The total annual premium is $207,584 with the addition of the new ESOC Building.
