Consider approving Change Order No. 19 in the amount of $997.50 for US 79 Section 3, a Pass Through Financing Project in Precinct Four.
Background
This Change Order adds a new Contract item to compensate the Contractor for adjustments to a fire hydrant and valve box at CR 136. As the new CR 136 alignment was completed, it was determined that the fire hydrant needed to be raised and rotated for it to function properly. Also, the valve was under the new pavement, requiring it to be raised and a concrete apron added in order to meet the City of Hutto specifications for their Water System.
