Consider approving Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $79,203.21 for O'Connor Drive Extension, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.

Background

This Change Order corrects the Contract quantity of roadway excavation. This Change Order also provides for a preliminary balancing of the overrun/underrun Contract quantities for the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plan quantities.
