Consider approving Third Amendment to Interlocal Agreement with Block House MUD

Background

This amendment extends the term of the Second Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services executed by the County on September 29, 2011. The origianl Agreement was effective March 1, 2010. This amendment will extend the Agreement through September 30, 2013.
