Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid 12IFB00020 Asphalt Emulsions for Williamson County for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the contract period beginning October 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013.

Background

This contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per bid specification. It is our recommendation to extend this contract as bidding out at this time may likely result in a price increase for this commodity.

Per the recommendation of the Director of the Road and Bridge Department, this contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per proposal specification.
