Consider approving the amendment adding the audit clause to the renewal of maintenance support with Kronos Support Services Contract #1019648 R03-APR-12 that was approved by Commissioners’ Court on September 11, 2012.

Background

The renewal contract was signed on September 11, 2012 and approved in Court. This is an amendment with the Audit clause recommended by the Auditor's office.
