Discuss and take appropriate action on closing CR 138 to through traffic and detouring during construction of roadway improvements.
Background
The proposed CR 138 roadway closure and detour are necessary for improvements that will be made to the existing roadway. Adjacent property owners, Williamson County Emergency Communications, Travis County Emergency Communications, Hutto ISD, Pflugerville ISD, and the US Postal Service will be notified of the closure and detour.  The approximate duration of the detour will be 9 months.  The contractor is anticipated to begin work October 1, 2012.
