Consider approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $5,874.54 for King of Kings Crossing, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.

Background

This Change Order adds a new Contract item to provide for payment for additional work by the Contractor to install a PVC sleeve under the roadway to carry a new irrigation line and new waterline servicing the HEB Carwash. An item is also added to provide payment to the Contractor to rework and correct the subgrade after an unidentified and unadjusted Brushy Creek MUD waterline broke inside the roadway pavement limits.
