Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP 4.

Background

JP 4 is requesting a budget line item transfer to Temporary Labor to cover labor expenses for Temp - we have Temp in Criminal Clerk III position on a probationary basis and based on current year to date expenditures and projected expenditures for the remainder of FY 2012.
