Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Utility Agreement with Seminole Pipeline Company for utility relocation on County Road 108 and reimbursement of the relocations.

Background

Seminole Pipeline Company has existing facilities located in an existing 30 LF wide permanent easement and right-of-way, which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The Standard Utility Agreement was executed on February 6, 2012 for Seminole to relocate their facilities within their easement and right-of-way to accommodate the proposed improvements. This relocation is 100% reimbursable. The Supplemental Agreement documents the increase due to the actual cost of the adjustments exceeding the estimate costs by $1,287.65, for a final amount of $232,929.44. The County will reimburse $232,929.44 for the relocation of 70 feet of encased gas line. The cost of relocation includes construction, engineering, temporary construction easement and inspection costs.
