Out of four proposals received one firm did not meet all mandatory requirements. The three qualifying firms were scored by the Evaluation Committee based upon criteria as set forth in the RFP. Due to their highest score, the Facilites Department is hereby recommending Red & White Greenery be awarded the contract for Landscape Maintenance for the contract period beginning October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.
