Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Joint Use Agreement with Atmos Energy Corporation for utility relocation on CR 170.
Background
Atmos has existing facilities inside the CR 170 right of way, which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The joint use agreement allows them to relocate their facilities in the proposed right of way. This relocation is not reimbursable.
