Discuss and take appropriate action on approving the Records Management Plan for Non-Elected Williamson County Offices and Archives Records Storage Center (ARSC) Guidelines in accordance with the Williamson County Policy for Establishing a Records Management Program for the Non-elected Offices of Williamson County.

Background

The Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas previously approved the Williamson County Policy for Establishing a Records Management Program for the Non-Elected Offices of Williamson County. This policy required that a records management plan for the non-elected offices of Williamson County be approved by the Records Management Committee and, thereafter, approved by the Williamson County Commissioners Court. The Records Management Committee has approved the Records Management Plan for Non-Elected Offices of Williamson County and is now seeking approval by the Williamson County Commissioners Court.
