Consider rejecting bids received for Body Armor bid # 12WCA060 for Law Enforcement Departments.

Background

After evaluation the decision was made by the Sheriff's Office to purchase through buyboard contract rather than being bound to the bid contract allowing the department more flexibility choosing their vendor and products.
