Discuss and consider granting Gary Wilson signature authority for change orders not to exceed $15,000 on the Emergency Services Operations Center building project provided that Gary Wilson reports his signing of each change order to Judge Dan Gattis by providing a copy of same for inclusion on the following week’s court agenda under a standing item “Report on Emergency Services Operations Center building project. “ (Per Section 262.031 of the Texas Local Government Code)

Background

John Sneed, Senior Director of Williamson County Emergency Services, respectfully requests that he Gary Wilson be granted signature authority for change orders up to $15,000 on the ESOC building project. It is Johns Sneed’s opinion that this will allow for more efficient and timely use of our the county’s architect/builders time and the county’s money.
