Consider and take appropriate action on Change Order # 2 in the amount of $17,170.08 for the Parks Administrative Headquarters in the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.

Background

This change order will provide the necessary work on an electrical pull box associated with the IT communications tower, and additional requirements for our water system connection not noted on the “as built plans.” The change order will also provide the necessary work to ensure staff safety with attic access, and will ensure ADA compliance with restrooms, a connecting sidewalk, and associated parking.
