To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Attorneys office.

Background

In order to prepare for two capital murder trials that are set for trial, transcripts are needed for the prosecutors to review. These are very high profile cases and have numerous files that need to be transcribed. Realizing that the multitude of transcriptions that will be needed, the line item for transcripts needs to be increased.
