Consider authorizing the County Auditor to make any line item transfers necessary to complete the 2010-2011 budget within individual departments.
Background
This is an annual agenda item. Each year when the budget ends, this authorization allows the Auditor's Office to move monies around to cover any deficits within departmental line items.
