BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:04 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2010, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit

1. Review and approval of minutes.

  No action was taken.
             
3. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.
  No action was taken.
             
4. Consider adoption of 2010 tax rate for Avery Ranch Road District.
  Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman 
  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey Motion: To approve adoption of 2010 tax rate of 0.14448 for Avery Ranch Road District.
