Please discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP 4.

Background

Line item transfer from 0100-0454-004505 Software Maintenance in the amount of $5000.00 to Autopsies 0100-0454-004190 to cover expenses due to unforeseen increase in number of deaths requiring autopsies and also due to having to send to Travis County ME versus sending to Tarrant County. Tarrant County cost of autopsy much lower. The $5000.00 was allocated and approved for the Metatomix/Sierra System software needed for our courtroom and is still needed, but it was not able to be worked out logistically for this budget year. The Metatomix system is still needed and we will pursue again in the future.

Line item transfer from 0100-0454-004130 Court Appointed Attorneys, 0100-0454-004350 Printed Materials and Binding and 0100-0454-004999 Miscellaneous for a total of $700.00 to 0100-0454-003901 to cover costs of updated publications for our Government and Health Code Books in our Library.
