Request authorization to release the following equipment:  CycleVision MVD-FBDVS-CV serial numbers FB008008, FB011573, FB014394 and FB014395 to L3 Communications to receive a rebate on the purchase of new equipment.
Background
These are the mobile vision cameras on the SO's mobile units.  L3 is offering a rebate on new cameras if we turn in the old camera systems.
