Consider accepting donation of a portrait painting of Commissioner Harrell to be hung in the Harrell Room at the J.B & Hallie Jester, Williamson County Annex in Round Rock, TX.
Background
On June 15, 2010, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved naming the community rooms in the new county annex after two of the county’s first commissioners. The Commissioner Washington Anderson room and the Commissioner Jacob B. Harrell room. On Sept. 16th there was a room dedication ceremony to honor the two early settlers from the Round Rock area that signed the original petition to form Williamson County out of Milam County.

Billy Harrell, has offered to donate an original framed canvas painting, 24" x 21", of Commissioner Jacob Harrell that was done by Carol Meyers of Jacksonville, TX who was is the great, great, great nephew of Jacob Harrell.
The framed original canvas is be hung in the Commissioner Harrell room at the J.B. & Hallie Jester Williamson County Annex, at 1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd., in Round Rock, TX.
