Background

Below are two FY 2011 Reclassification Requests that were submitted by Departments, reviewed and recommended by HR and have no cost impact to the FY 2011 Budget:

Technology Services Dept. - System Support Specialist, Current 25.08 $50,957.14 Non-Exempt
Recommended by HR - Applications Admin 1 - Judicial 27.04 $50,957.14 Exempt

Justice of the Peace, Pct #4 - Assistant Admin JP4, Current 19.15 $44,972.02 Non-Exempt
Recommended by HR - Court Admin 2 JP4, 25.03 $44,972.02 Exempt

HR requests that these two positions be approved for reclassification as recommended above.
