County acceptance of court awarded forfeiture of 2008 Toyota Highlander for Sheriff's Office

Background

The 2008 Toyota Highlander was awarded to the Sheriff's Office after conclusion of Cause Number 09-599-C368 in 368th Judicial District Court. The Sheriff's Office would like to place this vehicle into service. While the item has already been awarded to the County, this action will allow for the titling and placing of the asset on the County's books.
