Discuss and take appropriate action concerning award of Health Related Services Contracts effective 11/01/2009.
Background
The Williamson County Benefits Committee is recommending award of the Group Life Contract to Standard Insurance Company and the Disease Management Contract to UnitedHealthcare. Both contracts will have an effective date of 11/1/2009. A comparison of the proposals received for both of these is attached for review.
