Consider authorizing the County Auditor to make any line item transfers necessary to complete the 2008-2009 budget within individual departments.

Background

This is an annual agenda item. Each year when the budget ends, this authorization will allow the Auditor's Office to move monies around to cover any deficits within departmental line items.
