Consider approving the 2010 Williamson County Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant Program.
Background
Funding period is October 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2010.  Commissioners' Court resolution is required for eligibility.  The Texas Task Force on Indigent Defense estimates the Williamson County FY10 grant funding to be approximately $174,799.00.
