Discuss and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the County Attorney's Office.

Background

The shortage of funds in the copier rental line item is due to a miscalculation of the amount necessary to add a copier to our additional office located at the jail. When determining the budget for 08-09, I calculated the charges based on a copier similar to the one used in our Hot Check Department. The copier ultimately chosen was a larger model, more expensive to lease than previously thought.
