Consider approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $818,430.82 for Williams Drive (WilCo Project No. 09WC706), a Road Bond Project in Precinct 3. Chisholm Trail Special Utility District (CTSUD) will reimburse the County for the full amount of this change order.

Background

This change order upgrades the Chisholm Trail Special Utility District (CTSUD) waterline (Segments A and C) from an 18 inch waterline to a 24 inch waterline. This change order was requested by CTSUD and will be reimbursed in full by CTSUD, per the terms of the revised ILA.
