Discuss and consider approving the Certification of Governmental Entity Participation with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for the Medicaid Hospital Supplemental Payment Program.

Background

Attached is some background on this item and the Amendment to the Affiliation Agreement. This item is required to be signed and sent into the state annually in order to participate in the Medicaid Hospital Supplemental Payment Program. This item has been reviewed by Hal Hawes of the County Attorney's office and the Contract Auditor in the County Auditor's Office.
