Discuss and take appropriate action on a Lease Renewal Amendment to extend the Lease between the State of Texas and Williamson County regarding the Georgetown DPS Office located at 807 East 7th Street, Georgetown, Texas.
Background

Williamson County has leased the property located at 807 East 7th Street, Georgetown, Texas to DPS since February of 2000. The proposed amendment is seeking an additional 3 year extension of that same lease for a monthly rental of $2,433.37. A new 120 day mutual right of termination, for convienience, has been negotiated and added to the proposed amendment.
