BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:36 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2008, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:

1. Read and approve the minutes of the last meeting.

3. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.
  No action was taken.
             
4. Consider approving Road District Collections for the month of July 2008 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.
