Williamson County intends to participate with Transit Village and other adjacent landowners in the construction of a roadway connecting to Hwy 183 at FM 2243 on the west and CR 269 on the east. The landowners agree to pay for the engineering, environmental work, and ROW acquisition. Williamson County agrees to pay for the construction of the roadway in an amount not to exceed $4 million dollars. The roadway will be constructed to a four lane urban section, curb and gutter, pursuant to Williamson County standards. Upon completion, the roadway will be dedicated to the City of Leander.
