Please consider authorizing the project budget transfer of 2006 GO Parks monies in the amount of $40,000.00 from P164 Non departmental to P188 San Gabriel Ranch tract to cover the expenditures for earnest money, various legal and professional fees.

The San Gabriel Ranch tract currently have expenditures of $25,000.00 earnest money and legals fees involved in the purchase of the West Williamson County park land. All these expenses have hit non-departmental which need to be reclassed to the San Gabriel Ranch tract project to track all costs.  Expenditures to be reclassed are attached for review. There were also be several other legal fees to be billed out in the next couple of months.
