Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Veteran Services

Background

Veteran Services was budgeted a part time person (30 hours per week at $11/hr) for an annual salary of $17,160 for 2007-2008. This person left and they have replaced her with another person who they are paying $12.20 per hour and working 39 hours per week and has exceeded the allotted funding. This LIT will cover the deficit.
