Discuss and take appropriate action on the Motorola Reconfiguration Implementation Phase Agreement by and between Williamson County and Motorola.

Background

Pursuant to the Federal Communication Commission's Rebanding Report and Order, the FCC mandates that Williamson County move its 800MHz System frequencies as a part of an overall effort by the FCC to reduce interference in the 800MHz band. This agreement requires Motorola to assist Williamson County in such effort and Nextel shall pay Motorola for such reconfiguration and rebanding of Williamson County's 800MHz System. Ron Winch and/or Patrick Cobb will address the court regarding this agreement and provide answers to any questions regarding same.
