Background

This item was on last week's agenda. Several Court members made suggested changes which are noted below as well as in the attached document.

Added: “Employees who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.” – Original Source: Smoke Free Work Place policy adopted by Court; Vehicle Use & Maintenance Policy ‘Smoke-Free Workplace’ Page: 4
