Consider an order delcaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for Non-Departmental:

Background

To fund a portion of the payment for park lands approved by Commissioner's Court on August 26th. This portion will cover the amount of park bonds not yet issued. The general fund will be reimbursed after the remainder of the 2006 Voter Approved Park Bonds has been issued.
