Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from 2006 GO Park Bond for Trinity Title of Texas, LLC in the amount of $3,499,316.71 for costs associated with purchase of San Gabriel Ranch tract park land.

Background

Commissioner's Court approved the purchase of the San Gabriel Ranch Tract on August 26, 2008. These funds are necesary to purchase the park land.
