Discuss and consider approving a line item request for the Elections Department

Background

This request is being made in order to provide funding to promote Early Voting through Community Impact, a successful mailing that hits almost every home in the county. I want to promote Early Voting as much as possible to help alleviate lines on Election Day. Early voting starts October 20th. Funding is needed before the beginning of the new fiscal year in order to meet the publisher's deadline.
