Discuss and consider approving Haynie Consulting Supplemental #2 to the CR 175, Phase 2 Professional Service Agreement (PSA).

Background

The added funds cover the Supplemental #2 to WA #1 for relocation of Peggy Simpson driveway. The buffer provided in the compensation cap is for contruction phase services if project goes to contruction.
