Consider loaning 50 cones to the Rattan Creek Neighborhood Association for their 16th annual 5k race to be held on, Saturday, September 27, 2008.

Background

The Rattan Creek Neighborhood Association is having its sixteenth Annual Rattan Fest on Saturday, September 27, 2008. There will be a 5K run starting at 7:30 am.

Chairperson for the 5K run is Angie Brown, and as in the past years, they will need some cones. They are asking for us to loan them 50 cones this year.

They do not plan on closing any streets.

The cones should be delivered to Dallas Hall, Event Chairman - 7637 Elkhorn Mountain Trail Austin, Tx 78729 on Friday September 25, 2008. She can be reached at 257-3494 (hm) or dallas@rliv.net

5K:

Race starts on Tamayo and Dallas Dr. Runners begin and turn left on Amasia. Left on Humphrey. Right on Elkhorn Mountain. Left on Oro Valley. Left on Los Indios. Left on Dallas Dr. Left on Tamayo. Right on Elkhorn Mountain. (At the parking lot entrance)

Junior 1.5mile race:

Race starts on Tamayo and Dallas Dr. Runners begin and turn left on Amasia. Left on Humphrey. Left on Elkhorn Mountain. End on Elkhorn Mountain at the parking lot entrance.
