Discuss and take appropriate action on additional appointments of election Judges and Alternate Judges.
Background

There were vacancies in some election precincts for positions of Judges and Alternate Judges in the original lists received from the Williamson County Republican Party and Democratic Party Chairmen and submitted to Commissioners Court on July 29, 2008.  Since that meeting, additional recommendations for eligible persons to serve as Judges and Alternate Judges have been received from the party chairs.  These additional names are being submitted at this time and are identified on the attached Order.  Term of service would be for one year, commencing August 1, 2008.
