Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for EMS.

Background

To upgrade the servers for Web-EOC we need to do a software update as well. The software upgrade is for SQL to be added to both of our Web-EOC servers. We are also moving both of these servers outside of the County fire wall so that all (City and County) of our public safety departments will have access to this program. By facilitating this move we will be able to better serve our Citizens in their time of need. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
