Consider approving the location of Cimarron Hills Country Club for the
October 13, 2008 retreat for the employees of the Tax Assessor/Collector's office.

Background

Various public facilities have been previously checked and cannot accomodate the number of employees we have participating. AV requirements plus comfortable seating for an all-day retreat are a factor. Many of the facilities do not have a kitchen that can accomodate feeding a large crowd or can accomodate a caterer to safely prepare and serve food.
