Consider approving the McCreary, Veselka, Bragg, and Allen contract for the collection of delinquent property taxes.
Background
Language clarification to section VI as requested by the County Auditor.  This has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's office, Dale Rye.  Also amends Section IX to extend the term of the contract to June 2011.
